For short-term rentals, Scottsdale asks for a perimeter barrier at least 60 inches tall with gates that close and latch automatically, with the latch at least 54 inches high. A second layer is also needed, either a separate pool fence or alarms on doors and windows that open to the pool. We can build both the perimeter and pool fences to these rules.
