Solid fences shouldn’t sit closer to the street than the front of the house, though a decorative fence up to 24 inches is allowed. Yes. On Sun City lots that back up to a golf course, anything within 25 feet of the rear property line is limited to 6 feet, and the part above 3 feet must be wrought iron.
