Mesa is a big city, from older ranch homes near downtown to brand-new builds out east. Wherever you live, you get the same three things from us.
Most installers cover one year. We cover sagging gates, shifting posts, and loose sections for three.
No waiting for someone to drive across the East Valley. Show us your yard on Google Meet and get a price in minutes.
A small local team, not a franchise. The people you talk to on the call are the people who show up.
Mesa is Arizona’s third-largest city, and its yards are as different as its neighborhoods. Older ranch homes around Dobson Ranch and central Mesa often need a tired wood fence replaced. Newer communities like Eastmark come with HOA rules on height, color, and style. And up in Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch, most people want a view fence that won’t block the Usery or Superstition mountains.
Then there’s the ground itself. Much of Mesa sits on hard caliche, and summer monsoons push hard on solid fences, so we set posts deep in concrete and choose materials that handle 110° days. In most cases Mesa lets you build up to 6 feet in back and side yards without a building permit, but HOAs, historic districts, and corner lots can change that. That’s why our fence company checks the rules for your Mesa, AZ address before we build.
Cedar and pine fences for Mesa backyards, with posts set deep enough for caliche and monsoon winds.
No painting, no rot, no termites. A favorite in Eastmark and other Mesa HOA neighborhoods.
Powder-coated steel that stays rust-free through monsoon season and adds real curb appeal.
The most budget-friendly way to fence a big Mesa lot, a dog run, or a business property.
Six feet of solid privacy for close-set Mesa backyards, pools, and patios.
A low, classic front-yard fence sized to fit Mesa’s front-yard height limits and HOA guidelines.
Open rail fencing for Lehi horse properties, acreage, and ranch-style homes across Mesa.
A modern steel view fence that keeps Usery and Superstition mountain views wide open.
Pool barriers built to Mesa’s pool code, with self-closing, self-latching gates.
The classic wrought-iron look, with spear finials that make the fence harder to climb.
Take a few photos of your current fence or the area you want fenced.

What Mesa homeowners ask us most before they build a new fence.
Usually not for a standard backyard fence. Mesa generally doesn’t require a building permit for fences up to 6 feet on single-family lots. The exceptions are homes in historic districts, Desert Uplands areas, or fences that sit on a public easement. Most HOAs still want to approve your plans, so we send them the specs and drawings. Since rules can change, we confirm the current requirements for your address before we build.
In most residential areas, back and side yard fences can go up to 6 feet. Front yard fences are much lower, around 3.5 feet, and a little taller if the top part is see-through, like a picket or metal view fence. Corner lots also need clear sightlines for drivers. We plan the height with you on the video call so your fence passes on the first try.
Mesa asks for a pool barrier at least 5 feet tall, with no openings a 4-inch ball could pass through. Gates must swing outward, away from the pool, and close and latch on their own. If the latch sits lower than 54 inches, it goes on the pool side. We build every pool fence in Mesa to these rules, so it’s ready for inspection or a home sale.
All of it. We regularly work in Eastmark, Las Sendas, Red Mountain Ranch, Dobson Ranch, Superstition Springs, Lehi, Alta Mesa, and downtown, plus nearby Gilbert, Apache Junction, and Queen Creek. Because every estimate starts on video, distance doesn’t slow things down.
Vinyl and powder-coated steel need the least upkeep in Mesa’s sun. Wood looks great and costs less upfront, but it should be stained or sealed every few years. If budget comes first, galvanized chain link is tough and affordable. We’ll help you compare all three on the call.
You can have a price the same day you call. Once your project is on the schedule, most residential fences take 1–3 days to install. Metal panels often go up even faster. If your HOA needs to approve the plans first, we’ll factor that into the timeline.
