Estimate Adjustments
Pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen site conditions or circumstances affect the scope or cost of the project.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, hidden rock, concrete, existing footings, underground obstructions, utilities, inaccurate measurements, property-line issues, grading conditions, or other conditions that were not reasonably identifiable when the estimate was prepared.
Quotes and Contracts
The applicable estimate, proposal, contract, or project agreement will identify the scope of work, pricing, payment requirements, and other project-specific terms.
Customers may be required to approve or sign applicable project documentation before work begins.
4. Warranties
36-Month Craftsmanship Warranty
Qualifying fence installations may include a 36-month craftsmanship warranty covering eligible installation-related defects under normal use and conditions.
Coverage may include qualifying workmanship issues involving installation, posts, gates, or other workmanship performed by Air Budget Fence LLC.
Warranty Exclusions
The craftsmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from circumstances outside Air Budget Fence LLC’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, flooding, vandalism, vehicle damage, accidents, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, alterations performed by third parties, or other external causes.
Manufacturer warranties may apply separately to qualifying fencing materials and products.
Additional warranty requirements or exclusions may be contained in the customer’s applicable project agreement.
5. Financing and Payments
Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, balances, and other payment requirements will be identified in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
Deposits may be required before materials are ordered or installation is scheduled.
Financing
Air Budget Fence LLC may offer access to third-party financing options for qualified customers.
Financing is subject to the eligibility requirements, approval, terms, rates, conditions, and agreements of the applicable third-party financing provider.
6. Property Lines, Permits, HOA Requirements and Utilities
Property Lines
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for identifying and verifying property lines, boundary markers, easements, and other property-related information before installation.
Air Budget Fence LLC is not responsible for property boundary disputes resulting from inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer.
HOA Requirements
Customers are responsible for obtaining required homeowner association or community approvals unless Air Budget Fence LLC specifically agrees otherwise in writing.
Underground Utilities
Required underground utility locating will be coordinated as appropriate before excavation in accordance with applicable requirements.
Customers must disclose any known private underground utilities, irrigation systems, electrical lines, plumbing, or other underground improvements that may not be identified through standard utility-locating services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Air Budget Fence LLC website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Air Budget Fence LLC unless otherwise indicated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without appropriate authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Air Budget Fence LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of our website, virtual consultation services, estimates, or fencing services.
