What is Covered: Craftsmanship & Installation
Air Budget Fence covers any issues caused by the installation process for 36 months from project completion:
Structural Movement: Sagging gates, loose fence sections, or shifting posts due to improper setting.
Fastener Failures: Pickets, rails, or chain-link mesh coming loose due to installation errors.
Hardware Alignment: Gates that stop latching or drag on the ground due to the way they were hung.
What is Covered: Manufacturer Material Warranty
Material warranties depend entirely on the specific product you chose for your property. Please ask your sales representative for your brand’s official warranty paperwork. Generally, coverage includes:
Vinyl & Aluminum: Manufacturing flaws such as peeling, blistering, cracking, or severe, abnormal fading.
Wood: Complete rot or termite destruction (applicable only if using treated lumber with a manufacturer rot warranty).
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
Neither Air Budget Fence nor the manufacturer will cover damage caused by natural events, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications:
Natural Damage: Storms, high winds, lightning, floods, or fallen tree limbs.
Physical Abuse: Vehicle impacts, lawnmower strikes, heavy sports balls, or damage from pets digging or chewing.
Wood Weathering: Natural warping, twisting, shrinking, checking (small hairline cracks), or natural color fading over time.
Altered Structures: Damage caused by hanging heavy items, attaching sunshades, or modifying the fence structure yourself.
